Privacy

A small-data website.

Who operates this site

Node 24 Rescue is operated by INTELLIGENT EDGE SOLUTIONS LLC. Questions can be sent to jackwalkerlabs@gmail.com.

The free repository check

The free check runs in your browser. When you enter a public GitHub repository, your browser requests public repository metadata and files directly from GitHub. The site does not submit that repository URL to a Node 24 Rescue application server or save an audit history. GitHub processes those requests under its own privacy terms and may apply anonymous API rate limits.

Ordinary hosting data

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process ordinary request data such as IP address, browser details, requested URL, security signals, and timestamps to deliver and protect the site. This site does not set analytics or advertising cookies, load third-party analytics, use tracking pixels, or maintain user accounts. The limited first-party aggregate counter is described below.

Aggregate outreach click count

Some outreach messages use one Node 24 Rescue link shared across the entire batch. A request to that link adds one to a cumulative counter and then redirects to the stated GitHub page. The application database contains only a fixed counter name and the aggregate total. It does not contain a recipient or company identifier, email address, IP address, browser or device details, referrer, cookie, query string, request time, or event history.

The outreach message identifies the counted link and includes the untracked GitHub destination. Repeated requests and automated email-security checks may be included, so the total is not a count of people or unique clicks. The counter is deleted within 30 days after the final follow-up in the validation campaign.

Email and prospective-client data

If you email, the message and contact details are processed by the email providers involved and used to answer the request, evaluate fit, prepare a scope, and keep necessary business records. Do not email passwords, recovery codes, private keys, production secrets, regulated personal data, or repository archives. Private-repository access, if needed for paid work, is arranged separately using least privilege.

Service records

If you become a client, the written scope will identify any additional providers and handling required for repository access, payment, invoicing, and delivery. Business records may be retained as reasonably necessary for the engagement, security, disputes, accounting, and legal obligations.

Your choices

You may use the public checker without emailing. You may ask about data associated with your email or prospective engagement by contacting the address above. Some records may need to be retained where required for security, contractual, accounting, or legal reasons.

Changes

This notice may be updated when the service or providers change. The effective date will be revised on this page.
